Looking for that perfect little get-a-way house on a Island. Well this is it. Just right for long summer visits and vacations. Sitting on Isle Au Haut this property boast a wonderful Water View. The Island is a great place to stay for lots of activities like, walking hiking, biking, swimming and a whole lot more. Isle au Haut is linked to the mainland by a year-round, passenger-only ferry from Stonington to the Isle au Haut Town Landing. From mid-June through late September, the ferry also stops at the Duck Harbor Boat Landing, near the campground. The house needs finishing touches to make it your own. There are building materials in the home to finish the renovations that were stared before Covid. This is your chance to make it your own.
